Your Kids to Eat Healthy Food
All children love junk food. Things like pizza, burgers, fries, fried chicken, eat whatever they want. Give them fresh fruit and vegetables, and they will leave the food untouched.Getting children to eat healthy foods is a difficult task. You need to ensure you start your training at home. Make sure you have family meals where all members sit at the table. Applying the rule that they have to taste everything on your plate.
